this is what i was for halloween.
i don't like dressing up as "something" for halloween so i usually put together a few things and hope it's going to look like something. my inspiration behind this year's costume was mostly Marie Antoinette, who was once queen of France, and all those masquerade years when wearing a mask for a night could somehow make you a completely different person and allow you to be indecent, or do things you wouldn't want to do being your own person. the blood running down my throat was inspired by Marie Antoinette as well; the way she died. i also wanted to play with red for my costume, which is one of my favorite colors to use in paintings and pictures. it always has some kind of an impact. hope you enjoy! thanks :] more on [link] ! |
